My doctor doesn’t even PLAY golf!…and still the AMA and the California Medical Association pressure him to have NOTHING but golfing magazines in his lobby and patient room at all times!…
They made him cancel his subscriptions to:Martha Stewart Living, Road and Track, Car and Driver, Sunset, etc. and signred him up for golfing lessons(which he tried to cancel out on, but got threatened w/ his medical license revocation if he did that!)…
Also, why the strictly-enforced stereotype of doctors playing golf on Wednesdays?…

hi, im 20, and im currently living in california, i work at vons… and it pays ok.. but, at the moment were not doing very good, and although i know my family would go against it, i want to pick up an odd job that pays extremly well even if its hard work and long hours, if i have to move to another state then its fine as long as i can help out until our situation gets better. I hope that if i work an odd job that pays well enough, my father dosent have to work so hard and be able to relax, he works at a golf course.. and barely makes enough, hes getting older, and tired of working so much, he always comes home exausted, and its a horrible feeling i get when he comes home exausted because there is nothing i can do. Worse is my job at Vons, it drives me crazy because i cant move from my spot. Does anyone have any knowledge of were i can find information for jobs like that?

Tell me about the city…good areas, bad areas. I would love to live in a quiet community, maybe with a golf course (I love to golf!) Also, I have heard that the city has “gone down” since Katrina due to the large masses of unemployed people coming from NO. Is it really as bad as the media says? Is the City of Houston doing anything to correct this problem (if there is one)? Thanks everyone.
